Swerdlin & Company was founded in 1980 by Dorn Swerdlin and his wife, Joanne. From our small beginnings, we now have over 60 employees and hundreds of companies from all industries as clients. Represented in 31 states, our clients range from major employers with thousands of employees to smaller closely-held companies.
We are one of the nation's largest independent actuarial and employee benefits firms that does not sell financial products or provide investment advice. Because we're independent, you'll know our recommendations are objective and never influenced by financial gain.
