Swerdlin & Company was founded in 1980 with one full-time actuary, one part-time actuary and a secretary. Now with over 50 employees, hundreds of companies from all industries have selected Swerdlin to help shape their benefit plans. Swerdlin's clients range from major employers with thousands of employees to smaller, closely-held companies.
