Dorn H. Swerdlin is President, CEO and co-founder of the firm. He is involved extensively in client relations, strategic planning and new business development. Dorn has over 30 years experience in the retirement plan industry. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries where he serves on the Actuary of the Future Section Council and the Election Committee. Dorn is also an Enrolled Actuary, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, the Southern Employee Benefits Conference, and The National ESOP Association.

Joanne H. Swerdlin is Executive Vice President and co-founder of the firm. Involved in new business development and client relations, she has over 25 years experience in the retirement plan industry. She is on the Board of the New South Chapter of The National ESOP Association, former Secretary of National Women in Pensions, Inc. (WIPs), Immediate Past President of the Atlanta chapter of the national organization Worldwide Employee Benefits Network (WEB), and a member of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce.

Laura L. O'Connor, a principal of the firm, is Vice President of Client Services. Her role includes managing defined contribution services with a focus on client relations and new business development. She has over 30 years experience in the employee benefits field. Laura earned the Certified Employee BenefitĀ Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation from ASPPA. She is a member of the Georgia Chapter of the International Society of CEBSs, IFEBP andĀ ASPPA.

Glenda Devechio is Vice President of Operations and Finance at Swerdlin & Company. She works closely with other members of LMT on strategic planning, employee relations and staffing needs. She oversees all human resources and benefits provided to the Swerdlin employees. Glenda is also responsible for financial reporting and all operations, as well as coordination with Swerdlin's accountants, attorneys and vendors. Glenda joined Swerdlin & Company in 1995. She was instrumental in creating our Cafeteria 125 services and currently manages the Cafeteria Department (FlexPak).

Lee I. Swerdlin is a Vice President at Swerdlin & Company. Lee joined Swerdlin & Company in 1998 as an entry level Benefits Assistant. Over the years, he has become heavily involved in new business development and client relations. Lee is currently responsible for managing the Swerdlin Daily Recordkeeping Department (DayPak). Lee is a member of the Southern Employee Benefits Conference and The National ESOP Association.
