Each year in October, Swerdlin runs a Fall Carnival for the employees. Employees come armed with tons of quarters to play various games. The quarters goes towards the Swerdlin Charity Fund. During the holiday season, the funds are used to provide a less fortunate family with tons of gifts, food certificates and more.
