Our role is to provide plan sponsors, participants, and investment advisors a user friendly experience from administration through compliance/report. Although technology plays a key role in recordkeeping administration, we believe our people make the difference and encourage interaction by voice.

Each year, we provide an annual report with specific information customized to your plan. Included in the report are all of your plan statistics related to fees, usage and plan operations. We also include recommendations for improvements to your plan. The following chart is an example of the type of data included in our annual report.

For plan sponsors, we offer the maximum flexibility in plan design and investment selection. Although daily valuation is the most prevalent valuation frequency, we still operate some plans on a less frequent basis. Our plan sponsor services include:
