Back in the early days, we processed plans on an annual or quarterly valuation frequency and a lot of the work was manually intensive. Our value proposition then was maximum flexibility in plan design and investments, with an emphasis on premium service and compliance. Today, our value proposition is still the same; however, we leverage technology to a higher degree. Our defined contribution service group provides the following services:

• Full Service
  All of your recordkeeping administration and compliance services (daily or traditional)
• TPA Model
  We provide compliance services (what the industry calls 'TPA services') and the platform provides the day-to-day administration.
• Consulting Services
  One time or recurring consulting projects ranging from surveys, strategy, plan design, documents, and participant communications.

Over time, we have developed a strong niche in plan design, ESOP administration, and servicing plans with hard-to-administer investments such as company stock, real estate, individual brokerage accounts, etc. All of our fees are satisfaction guaranteed and we will never surprise you with an additional bill.
